Upgrade

TIG recently completed 60 office conversions from LEC to CLEC carrier for an increase in service and reductions in price. We researched and provided cost-effective options to a long-standing customer in California who also ordered and implemented the service. This project covered a mixture of PRI conversions, upgrade of analog to digital, and multiple PBX upgrades. The savings the customer enjoyed reached approximately 50%.

Reduction

TIG recently performed physical inventory inspections at over a dozen offices in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. We tested and toned all lines and circuits, identified and eliminated lines not in use, and reconfigured several circuits. The savings the customer enjoyed reached approximately 25%. We also provided details on an upcoming voice mail system move.
